NMC Artist Oboe Reed

Our reeds are tip top quality! This reed option features Pfeiffer Mack shaped cane and is well balanced reed great for solos or ensemble playing. These reeds may have room for adjustments should they be too full for the buyer. On our own website, we refer to this reed option as our ‘Artist’ reed model. This is the reed that I play on myself all through grad school and for many years beyond that! I love reed making and making sure clients get what they need, so know that you will get top notch customer service should you explore this reed option. For these reeds, I use Chiarugi 47 2+ staples and the Pfeiffer Mack shape.
